  This antique Orange muslin jamdani saree is a connoisseur’s item. It takes about 1-2 months for 4-5 weavers to weave one saree. Originally, the base for the Jamdani technique was muslin—the finest cloth ever woven by human hand. It shares its lineage with several ethereal muslin fabrics of India, which were lost when the erstwhile East India Company began its systematic destruction of India s textile industry in the late 18th century. 

  This comes with a unstitched blouse material. (Blouse in the pictures is just for styling purposes.)

        Care Instruction

        • To avoid discoloration, store it in cool and dark place.

        • Wrap it in muslin or cotton cloth bag (included in the package).

        • Use Neem leaves or silica gel to avoid any fungal growth.

        • Avoid hanging, keep it folded. 

        • Air time to time every 2-3 months in indirect sunlight.

        • Iron on medium heat and don t spray water as it might leave a stain.
